| Hydrofest at the 'Cuse is a grass roots development by Tom Vielhauer, his wife, fellow racers, and friends around the kitchen table in 2007. It was that evening that CNYHA was initiated. In 2010 CNYHA voted to have a new promoter assist with the event. The promoter will be able to bring the June of 2011 event to the next level and get it the national exposure it deserves. |
